Dog Barking Visualizer Web App

I'm seeking an experienced web developer to help build a prototype web app for visualizing dog barking events in real-time. The application will leverage an AWS RDS database and EC2 servers and must be built using Node.js and React.
Key Features:
- Visualization of dog barking events that are uploaded daily in .csv files
- User search box for case look-ups
- Interactive graphs and charts
- Drill-down capability by clicking on the graph
- Sound playback when a specific chart bar is clicked
Ideal Candidate:

I have some of this working locally with some Linux VMs and a Postgresql database but I want to bring it to AWS. I want to outsource further development so I can focus on other things.
