I'm have a issue with setup Node.js project.

- Node.js
- Redis
- Postgresql

Project gives me an issue:

Error: P1001: Can't reach database server at 172.17.0.1:5432

Please make sure your database server is running at 172.17.0.1:5432.

Can you fix this issue. Who has experience with it?
