Discord Bot + Web Dashboard
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for an experienced developer (or team) to build a custom Discord bot and web dashboard to manage police operations (patrols, raids, and time tracking) for a RedM roleplay server. The system will be used by multiple police departments (jurisdictions), and integrates both Discord and a centralized web panel with data persistence.
? Key Features Required:
? DISCORD BOT
1. Patrols and Raids
Initiated via interactive buttons and embeds.
Role-based permissions (e.g., Serif, Serif Adjunct, Sergent, Ofiter, SubOfiter etc.).
Location selection + auto validation of minimum/maximum participants.
Live status updates (in progress, finalized).
Automatic message cleanup after finalization.
Data stored in a database for further web access.
Raid requires image upload on start.
2. Commands
!start → begins the process (with buttons)
!clockin / !clockout → time tracking
!pontaj → shows personal time tracked for the day/week
Bot prevents invalid behavior (e.g., clockout < 30min is rejected and logged)
3. Participant Filtering
Only the initiator can use the action buttons.
Other users can only press “Participă” if their Discord role allows it.
Embeds are automatically updated at each stage: initiation → active → finalized.
? WEB DASHBOARD
1. Authentication
Via Discord OAuth2
Only users with specific Discord roles can log in:
[STAFF] FPlayT, Sef Politie, Sef-Adjunct, Colaborator → full access
Serif, Serif Adjunct → limited access (their own section only)
2. Functionalities
Assign Discord channels per section (e.g., separate channels for each department's patrols and pontaj).
View and filter all raids/patrols (by section, date, initiator, type).
View structured user activity:
Number of raids/patrols initiated
Number of participations
All historical embeds (raids/patrols with participants, results, images, timestamps)
Real-time statistics:
Total patrols/raids per day/week/month
Section leaderboards (top participants)
Heatmaps by time of day
3. Section Management
See all sections: Valentine, Rhodes, Saint Denis, etc.
For each section:
Display members by grade (Serif, Adjunct, Sergent, etc.)
Click on a user → view all their history (initiated and participated events)
4. Pontaj System
View each user’s weekly/daily hours
Serif / Adjunct can see:
Individual user hours
Section-wide totals
Weekly recap auto-posted in the pontaj channel
Export reports as PDF or CSV (optional)
? Backend Requirements
Node.js (preferred)
SQLite or PostgreSQL for database
Clean, modular API (for integration with the bot + web)
? Frontend Requirements
Built with React or Vue (TailwindCSS preferred)
Mobile-first design
Embed-like visual representations for raids/patrols
Glassmorphic UI with smooth transitions (GSAP or equivalent)
? Bonus / Optional Features:
Audit log of all bot actions (user initiated raid, clockout, etc.)
Discord notifications for scheduled reports (ex: weekly recap in pontaj channels)
REST API for potential future expansion
? What We Will Provide:
Full functional specification (already written)
Discord server structure & role names
Visual examples for embeds
Guidance and feedback throughout the project
? Looking For:
Proven experience with Discord.js or similar frameworks
Strong understanding of web development (OAuth2, DB integration)
Clean code practices and good communication
Ability to handle both bot and frontend/backend web panel
