Discord BOT update and fix rate limit issue

I am looking for a skilled developer who can update and fix the rate limit issue on my Discord BOT. The BOT is written in NodeJS and running with MySQL and MongoDB

I also looking to add new features in future if you know what you doing to work long term

Ridiculous pricing will be ignored

Requirements:
- Experience in resolving rate limit issues in Discord BOTs
- Proficiency in the programming language used for the BOT
- Ability to add new features to the BOT
- Knowledge of NodeJS running on Web and API knowledge
- Work only can be done remotely using anydesk
- I do not provide remote access to server and no clipboard access
