Development, customer portal- law firm

Our firm had a programmer developing a customer portal for customer intake (asking questions in the form of a document to simplify back and forth process) along with uploading documents and photos of ID, that programmer has since left the firm before completing the project. The project structure is currently written in node.js and will be hosted/launched via MS Azure. We need assistance finishing the project, hoping to finish ASAP but timeline will depend on work needed.
