Development of Doctor-Patient Web Portal with Multilingual Chatbot Support

I am seeking an experienced and reliable full-stack web developer (or a development team) to design, develop, and deploy my final year project: a Doctor-Patient Web Portal with Multilingual Chatbot Support.

The platform will offer healthcare-related services through a user-friendly online portal, with three types of users:

Role-based access control (Admin-approved access for Doctors and Drivers)

Doctor Portal:
Register using Google and submit verification documents

Verified by Admin before going live

Accept/decline appointment requests

Conduct online consultations via Google Meet/Zoom

Send prescriptions via WhatsApp to patients

Patient Portal:
Register and log in via Google

View list of available doctors and book appointments

Upload medical reports and prescriptions (stored securely in cloud storage)

Book emergency ambulance services

Use multilingual chatbot to:

Ambulance Driver Portal:
Register using Google login

Upload documents: Driving license, ambulance photo, and other required details

Await Admin approval

Accept ride requests post-verification

Multilingual Chatbot Integration:
Built using Dialogflow, Rasa, or ChatGPT API

Must support Hindi, Marathi, and English

Capable of:

Answering health-related queries

Guiding users to book appointments or ambulances via the website
