Development of a Bidding Search Application for Brazil
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for an experienced developer to recreate from scratch a bidding search system for all of Brazil, integrating with the PNCP (gov.br) API. Currently, the system is built in Node.js, but I am open to other languages and technologies that can provide a flawless user experience (UX/UI), optimized for commercial use.
What the current app does:
Login panel: User credential access.
Bidding search: Advanced filters such as state, city, keyword, scope, and more.
Save bids: Option to mark bids for later reading.
Preview: View bid details without downloading the entire document.
Download bid documents: Option to download bidding documents directly through the system.
New features and improvements needed:
Modern and intuitive interface: Professional and responsive UX/UI for desktops and mobile devices.
Automatic notifications: Alerts via email or notification when new bids matching the user’s filters are published.
Data export: Option to export bid reports in formats such as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
Detailed dashboard: Control panel to visualize statistics and insights of saved bids, most searched categories, and more.
Calendar: An integrated calendar to track important deadlines for each bid.
Multi-user support: Support for multiple users with different permission levels (admin, regular user, etc.).
Post-launch technical support: Include a support period to ensure proper app functioning after launch.
Suggested technologies:
Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js (or other suggestions).
Backend: Node.js, Python, Ruby, or other suggested languages.
Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or another robust database.
Please include examples of previous web development work, especially projects involving API integrations and complex admin panels. I need a system that is robust, secure, and easy to use.
