Developer a "hand code" ReactJs typescript and NodeJS dashboards for SMS

I have a "hand code" ReactJs typescript and NodeJS project with AWS Serverless stack, deployed through AWS Amplify Console and the source code is hosted in GitHub. And I would like to add a new feature. Your, job is create the front end dashboards and connect some of them with db in order we can connect entirely back-end later, once you got the dashboards design ready you have to integrate with our existing Infrastructure.
To avoid backend validations, we need boilerplate front end.
Previous validations
- The phone number have to be in a correct form (+ country code)
- Upload file, have to be in a correct file type. (CSV)
- validations of the SMS character count
- Be able to create template and save it (db)
- Pick up those templates from the db.
