Develop Small Shopify App Using Node JS, React JS and MYSQL

We are currently developing an Shopify app to help us implement HrefLang tags between our 2 websites.
We have the database live with all the information matching.
We also have a version of this live on our website currently, however we are wanting to pre-render the Java Script in our head section for SEO purposes.
We have the foundation live, however we are struggling with server side rendering.
The installation is already done, just the logic for the Href link tags to be posted into the head section using Node.js.
We are wanting someone to work WITH our in-house developer!!
This collaboration will need to be done via video call - Either MS Teams, or Zoom, with screen sharing. Access to a webcam & microphone is a must.
The Freelancer must have in-depth knowledge of Shopify, Shopify app development, Node.js, React.js and App Embed, App Blocks.
