Develop POST API function from website

Hi, I want to develop a POST API for my flutter app from my website: www.orkt.one (Node.Js)
- Develop a referral system where seller can indicate a percentage of his profit for a referral sale. Where another user sells via his referral code, then he gets that percentage of the profit
Logic: So user when creating an offer can choose to make the offer available for referral bonus. And then he will choose the % share. Each referral is then tracked and if a sale is closed by a user referral code, then the referral get's the agreed percentage transferred to his wallet and receives a notification. Therefore a seller must have enough balance that includes the trade volume + % share before he can create offer.
So in mobile for an offer with %share function, then there will be a share icon in app frontend of that very trade so users will know that they can earn a referral bonus on that particular trade.
So a buyer will have the option to enter a referral code during the buy process and after entering the code and completing the trade then the referral will get his cut of the crypto sent to his wallet.
