DevOps Engineer for App Deployment

I am looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help deploy my application using GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.

Project Overview
Our application consists of:
- Frontend: React application
-Backend: API services (Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Database: MySQL
- Redis: Separate instance for caching
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions for automated deployments
- Deployment: Kubernetes with ArgoCD for GitOps
- Ingress: Managing external access to services

Scope of Work

✅ CI/CD Setup (GitHub Actions & ArgoCD)
- Structure workflows for frontend and backend deployments
- Define deployment triggers (commits, PR merges, etc.)
- Integrate GitHub Actions with ArgoCD
- Manage secrets securely (GitHub Secrets, Kubernetes Secrets)

✅ Kubernetes Deployment Strategy
- Define microservices structure (frontend, backend, Redis)
- Configure networking between backend and Redis
- Set up ConfigMaps and Secrets for environment variables
- Optimize resource limits/requests for each service

✅ ArgoCD Configuration
- Set up deployment using Helm charts or Kustomize
- Configure sync strategies (automatic vs. manual approval)
- Implement rollback mechanisms for failed deployments

✅ Ingress & Networking
- Expose necessary services via ingress (NGINX, Traefik)
- Configure domain, HTTPS/SSL (Cert-Manager, Let's Encrypt)

✅ Redis Deployment
- Deploy Redis as a StatefulSet with PersistentVolume
- Ensure proper backend connectivity via internal DNS/service discovery
- Implement Redis authentication and eviction policies

✅ Monitoring & Logging
- Integrate Prometheus, Grafana for monitoring
- Implement log management (ELK stack, Loki, etc.)
- Set up alerting for failures

Requirements
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD
- Strong knowledge of Helm/Kustomize, Ingress Controllers, and Redis
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, etc.)
- Ability to optimize CI/CD pipelines for microservices

Deliverables
- Fully deployed application in Kubernetes
- Configured CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions & ArgoCD
- Working Redis integration and secure ingress setup
- Monitoring & logging implementation
