Deploy a full stack application on AWS from the scratch (remotely-zoom prefered)

I need a skilled freelancer who can deploy a full stack application on AWS from scratch. I prefer Angular as the technology stack and AWS EC2 and RDS as the deployment method. I don't require any additional services such as load balancing, auto-scaling, or monitoring. The ideal candidate should have experience in deploying full stack applications on AWS and should be familiar with Angular and AWS EC2 and RDS. The job will be done remotely with Zoom as the preferred communication tool.
