Deploy Twitter Streaming App on live web server
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
Project requirements:
1) Install the following Twitter Streaming Code on my Live Webserver, and
2) make it fully workable so it streams live tweets, with the following settings:
a) client file index.html in the public_html (web content root) path, and
b) server file index.js in the /server subdirectory
3) The full (!) code is already available on GitHub, but needs to be adapted to work on live server. The code consists of only two files, index.js (server-side) and index.html (client-side). Source: https://github.com/bradtraversy/real-time-tweet-stream
I will provide:
1) Twitter BEARER CODE
2) SSH and FTP Access to the server
3) Remarks: node.js and npm is already installed on server. Further packages which might be required can be installed via npm.
As the code already exists it should be only a few hours work (max.) for a professional programmer, mainly for adapting the code to the live web server, which is only a MINIMAL code change!! Sound knowledge and understanding of node.js, npm, JS, socket.io, express.js is absolutely necessary for this job.
Payment will be made once the Twitter live stream is working on the website.
