Deploy Replit App to IIS with MSSQL Database integration

I have a small pilot web app that was prototyped in Replit and compiled to .ts output. Now I need it running on our production stack—Windows Server + IIS, ASP.NET, and MSSQL.

What I need from you, starting immediately, is to remote-in (we supply the credentials) and:

• publish the Replit build to our IIS site and make sure it serves correctly through the ASP.NET pipeline
• hook it up to our existing MSSQL database so the app can both read from and write to the tables it already expects
• verify every call in the current backend-integration layer works end-to-end once it’s on IIS
• leave me with concise notes on what you changed, plus best-practice recommendations for hardening the connection strings, tightening server permissions, and planning for scale—our present security baseline is unclear, so I’m relying on your guidance

The job is expected to be wrapped up within the day. Skills that will be handy: Replit build workflows, TypeScript/Node on Windows, IIS site management, web.config tweaks, connection-string management, and of course solid MSSQL know-how.
