Deploy ReactJS MERN App To Heroku Issue

Hello, I have deployed a few projects before. I am trying to deploy one currently. This Project deploys successfully but says "Not Found" when a mobile browser is detected. Works perfectly on desktop. Never had this issue with heroku before
