Deploy React app on blank Ubuntu installation following a tutorial -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer that can deploy a react application by following a tutorial that I will provide and make sure it's 100% working and install it on a blank ubuntu installation. More details to be provided to the freelancer that has react and npm knowledge and that is able to fix issues that may occur. Thank you.

Please note that this is the second time that I am posting the project as the previous freelancer was not able to fulfill the task to my requirements. Great react and npm knowledge is a requirement.
