Deploy & Customize Fleetbase (Node.js, Flutter, Railway.app, GitHub) – Low Budget

Job Description:
I am looking for a developer experienced in Node.js, Flutter, and Railway.app to deploy, customize, and enhance Fleetbase, including the API, Console, and Mobile App. All source code is provided, including a pre-written bidding system that needs to be integrated into the platform. The mobile app should be built for both Android and iOS, but there is no need for publishing on the App Store; I only require the APK and IPA files. This is a low-budget project, so efficiency and a quick turnaround are key priorities.
Tasks to be Completed:
The first step is to deploy the Fleetbase API backend on Railway.app. This includes setting up the Node.js backend with PostgreSQL, configuring environment variables, and ensuring the API is live and functioning correctly. The provided bidding feature code will also need to be implemented into the API.
The next step is to deploy the Fleetbase Console, which serves as the admin panel, on Railway.app. This involves ensuring the console is properly connected to the Fleetbase API and that the bidding system is visible within the admin panel for management.
Once the backend and console are live, the Fleetbase Navigator App must be configured to connect to the API. The app requires modifications, including updating branding elements such as colors, logos, and the app name. The provided bidding system UI must be integrated into the mobile app to allow drivers to place bids on shipments. After the modifications are complete, the app should be built for both Android and iOS, with APK and IPA files generated for testing.
Finally, I need to set up automatic deployments using GitHub Actions or another CI/CD method so that any changes pushed to GitHub will automatically deploy to Railway.
