Customize a Doctor Appointment Booking App

We have an existing Doctor Appointment Booking Application on the Google Playstore that has been developed using React Native and Node JS, and urgently need some added integrations to the same.
The Application, which is currently live. needs to have a specific section that allows for users to get regular updates from government site, and we also need to add a back-end transcription engine that allows for users to transcribe the existing medical records that have been uploaded.
We expect the timeline for the project to be 3 weeks, more details can be shared once the quote is received from the freelancer.
