Terms:
1installation : when we achieved 25 % work and upload on my server and testing has been done then I will release 25 % payment
2nd : After 50% and completed all testing
3rd : after 75 % and complete all testing
4th : Full end to end scenarios completion and deployment on our hosting then release the final amount .
Quality delivery and one time completion company will pay 10% (which is total project amount bonus) and quality work and delivery

Note : Applications having lost of backend API call pattern but I need which we can handle in UI .
