Custom USDT Ethereum Chain Crypto Wallet Web App

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a unique crypto wallet web app for my business. This app will allow users to send and receive USDT on the Ethereum chain, as well as purchase and sell through a provided on/off ramp.

Key Features:
- User Authentication: Simple email and password system for login.
- Transaction History: Interactive, on-screen history of transactions.
- Dashboard Layout: A single-page design with scroll sections for navigation.

The wallet is intended for private use within my business only. Users will send crypto in a manner akin to Zelle, needing to first add contacts via a unique identifier code or username generated by my vendors. These contacts will be saved in a 'send list', enabling users to input the necessary data for a transaction.

Please note that this will be a closed system - users will only be able to send funds to their saved contacts, and not to any other addresses.
