Custom Tour Operator Dashboard Development

We are a tour operator company and we are building a custom internal dashboard for our staff (tour leaders & operations team).

We already have:

HTML pages (frontend structure already designed)
UI/UX concept defined

We need a developer to:

Upload and structure the dashboard on a live environment (hosting/domain)
Edit and improve existing HTML/CSS/JS
Build backend logic and automation
Connect dynamic data (future integrations)


Scope of Work
1. Frontend adjustments
Fix and refine existing HTML pages
Improve UI responsiveness (desktop + mobile)
Clean code and optimize structure
2. Backend development
Create a simple backend (Node.js / Firebase / Supabase preferred)
User login system (roles: admin, staff)
Dashboard logic (assignments, notifications, status updates)
3. Core features to implement
Staff login area
Dashboard with:
Assigned tours
Notifications
Availability management
Basic chat or messaging system (optional but preferred)
Real-time or near real-time updates
4. Automation (important)
Ability to assign tasks automatically (logic will be explained)
Notification system (email or in-app)
