I’m looking for a developer who can build a complete, custom-coded e-commerce website from the ground up—both the polished front-end experience and the robust back-end logic. The site’s purpose is pure e-commerce, so I need more than a template: I want a scalable, secure solution tailored to my brand.
Key requirements
• Bespoke product catalog with fast search and filtering
• Smooth shopping cart flow and secure checkout (multiple payment gateways, SSL, basic anti-fraud measures)
• User account system for registration, order history and profile management
• Modern, responsive UI that looks great on mobile and desktop
• Admin dashboard to add/edit products, manage inventory and view orders
• Clean, well-documented codebase (API-first preferred) plus deployment instructions
Tech is flexible as long as it fits a custom solution—React or Vue on the front end and something like Node.js, Laravel or Django on the back is fine; suggest what you do best. Performance, accessibility and SEO fundamentals must be baked in from day one.
I’ll provide branding assets and product data; you handle architecture, development, basic QA and handing over a ready-to-deploy package (or help push it live if you offer that). If you’ve launched custom e-commerce sites before, share links and briefly outline the stack you used.
