Custom IP-Based Cloaker/user-agent based
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a fully-functional, IP-based cloaking system for my own personal use, offering the same core feature set you see on Cloakinghouse.online, Just Cloak It (JCI) or Cloaktrack.io. The visual layer can stay minimal—fast page loads and streamlined navigation matter far more than a polished UI.
Key goals
• Detect every incoming visit and decide, in real time, whether to send it to a safe page or a money page strictly by IP rules (whitelists, blacklists, country filters, ISP patterns, proxy/VPN detection, etc.).
• Provide live stats: hits, redirects, blocked visits and basic GEO data.
• Allow multiple campaigns with separate rule sets, all editable through a lightweight web panel or config file.
Speed & footprint
The engine should add as little latency as possible—static assets can sit on a CDN, the logic on a VPS or bare-metal box. I’m fine with PHP, Node, Go or Python; pick whatever you trust for high-throughput routing.
Delivery expectations (ASAP)
1. Complete, tested source code and database schema.
2. Simple UI or command-line setup instructions.
3. Deployment guide so I can spin up new instances quickly.
When you reply, focus on your experience building cloakers, anti-fraud filters, or similar redirect frameworks; code samples or architecture overviews are welcome.
