Creating an accounting book system for small business

I need to develop an accounting system for my business where it will have admin and other users. The admin control everything and give permission so the rest of users.
The rest of users can login, do entries and other standard activities in accounting, generate reports and invoices for each part.
The technology must be used are node js and express with mysql database. The front end must be very light weight and user frinedly.
