Create user / Fix duplicate collection in Mongo DB

i use mongo db on a centos vps. I have a react.js app and admin website both use mongo db to store images, embeded videos, etc
I did a mongo drop and now locked out of my admin web site.
I need someone to create a user or make one of the existing users an admin.
Please add this to my mongo users collections.
Also once thats done. I want an mongo duplicate collection error fixed. when i delete all my embeded channels from my admin in mongo. it some how does not purge from the schema / db. Because going to make new channels gives me duplicate error.
