Create nodeJS gambling web application.

I am interested in having a NodeJS gambling web application developed.
The platform needed to contain crash game (RTP manipulated) and coin-toss game (P2P Provably Fair).
You have to design the web, games with beautiful effects and sound for us. (I will provide you sound and some sample effects.)
I already have payment methods, so you will need to provide refill and withdrawal API that will deduct and increase the balance when requested POST method. I also require Administrative panel and SQL or Cloud Database for data storage.
The web application should be stable and support a growing user base seamlessly. I'm expecting the developers to understand my requirements, to develop a reliable web application, and to ensure the security of the application.
