Create an example for running playwright in google cloud function

The project should be a simple playwright script (go to a page, assert title) that would be deployed on google cloud functions. Needs to be node version 12.18.1
The biggest part would be the documentation as it is a a tutorial.
So every step (from npm install, google configuration, running the remote function locally..) needs to be written down in steps. for example:
1. git c lone a repository
2. npm install
and so on.
