Create a Web Application similar to Practo

I am looking for a web application similar to Practo, with specific features that include online appointments, professional search and booking, and connecting over a Video call to people who are online. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, React. I am particularly interested if NextJS and NestJS can be used, however NodeJS and React Works well. Additionally, I require a payment gateway integration to be included in the project.
