Create a User with JWT from Admin Node and Typescript

I want my admin to be able to assign user roles and also Generate the users jwt token when they create the user from the admin panel. I also want the app to build the database on MongoDB with the admin user already created. So then, the admin user can log on and create the rest of the users from the admin panel. Also I need an upload option the lets the admin add multiple users by uploading a CVS file. The App is already build. All you would be doing is adding the feature mention to an existing Auth App. Also this need to be done in 1 day, So please write a proposal if you are actually good with Typescript. All the code is written in typescript. I'll share the git.
