Create a Nods JS App using SailsJs

Requirements:
1. Bitcoin-Core and ethers.js packages
2. Rest API with prebuilt links that uses the bitcoin-core and ethers.js packages (servers for the two packages will be provided) using base url needed
3. Basic App template allowing user sign up and login
