Create Node.JS script (From Linux) to connect to Microsoft Exchange On-Premise to enable mailbox

I am in need of a skilled developer who can create a Node.JS script under Linux to connect to Microsoft Exchange On-Premise and enable mailbox access. The ideal candidate should have experience with Exchange 2019 and be proficient in Node.JS development.
Specific requirements for the script:
- While I have a general idea of what the script should do, I will need guidance and suggestions from the developer to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
- The script will have to run under Linux and able to connect to Microsoft Exchange 2019 on-premise version.
