Create CMS Marketplace in NextJS, NodeJS, MongoDB

Hi,
I want a complete website in NextJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB.
It has to be a CMS marketplace. The product itself is simple (no categories, no images).
The marketplace itself has to be just a simple table view. For payments, we will use Escrow.com and use their API. There has to be an admin panel and a seller portal.
I have a 15-page document where I state everything I want.
I'm also looking for someone with some expertise in design since I'm not good at it. I'm a developer myself so I will do the final touches myself. I just want the website to be 98% ready.
