Create AWS API using Serverless (Node.js)

Create API using Node.Js / Serverless framework on AWS.

API Gateway , LAmbda and DynamoDb will be used.

Initially 2 endpoints will be created but looking for long term developer to add more functionality.

Endpoints:
-- Cognito CRUD /user
-- DynamoDB query (only authenticated requests) /event
