Convert Pine script to Node.js and implement it with Capital.com/Binance API

I would like hire someone who can help me with:
1. Convert 70 lines of pine script strategy that need to be converted to Node.js script.
2. Make the converted strategy be ready to connect it via my API key with a broker/binance (explain me what need to be changed in the code to connect to one of the brokers or describe that in the code).
Maybe WebRTC(Socket.io) would be helpful here.
3. There might be a few more additional configuration settings to add - We can discuss that.
