Consultant for Blockchain Selection in Near Real-Time Hash Timestamping API (Phase 1)

In the planning stage of a near real-time data verification API, we are seeking a consultant to help us choose the most suitable blockchain platform. The API will handle hash keys, timestamp them, and submit them for immutable storage on a blockchain. This Phase 1 role involves approximately 3-6 hours of consultation, focusing on platform selection based on cost, efficiency, and scalability.

Responsibilities:

- Advise on selecting a blockchain platform for near real-time hash timestamping.
- Assess various blockchain technologies, including but not limited to NEAR Protocol, on their cost-efficiency and scalability.
- Provide strategic advice on technical challenges, potential solutions, and best practices for API and smart contract development.

Skills Required:

- Comprehensive knowledge of multiple blockchain platforms.
- Strong background in API development, preferably in Node.js.
- Familiarity with cryptographic hash functions.
- Previous consulting experience in blockchain selection is highly desirable.

Project Duration:
3-6 hours of expert consultation for Phase 1.
