Connect sensor device (TCP/IP) to web platform and decode data and present in web platform that exists

I am looking to integrate a sensor device into a web platform and need someone to write some code to extract the data and then translate the information coming back.

Essentially the process is:

1. We set the server IP address on the device via SMS
2. You setup a script (nodejs or similar) on the server that links to the main website
3. The device pushes data to the IP address/server via web/TCP protocol
4. The server receives info
5. You decode and make available the data to be integrated on a website (themed)

There is a protocol for this communication available and attached and the device is an NT06E. Please pay close attention to this document and the section related to low/high nibble data received back.

You must be able to connect to the device and understand and decode all data coming back.

This may be achieved in nodejs or similar.

I will work with you to set/trigger the device and test the integration. Initially you will need to provide a server to test the connection.

You will need to upload final code to git.
