Connect a goQuorum blockchain to a js react block explorer

I have a goQuorum blockchain running on a vps. I can connect to the blockchain on metamask on my laptop but it doesn't connect through Metamask when I try on another computer. I need this issue fixing and I also need the block explorer to connect to the bockchain on the web app. The explorer can be viewed at.
