Connect & Finish Existing Dealer Management App (Next.js/Node) – FB Scraper, Dashboard, Messenger

Job ID: 40551453

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

We have an existing car dealership management/intelligence app with two partially-built versions — a legacy working build and a newer UI — that need to be connected into one structured, functioning app. Codebase and access will be provided to the selected developer.

What's already built (needs integration, not creation):
Facebook Marketplace scraper (browser automation, JSON cookie login, anti-bot handling)
Inventory dashboard with car records
Messenger-based lead tracking system
AI voice inventory entry (natural language → structured data via OpenAI API)
Logic engine for rule-based tagging (e.g., lead response urgency, buy score, money trap flags)

Scope of work for this phase:
Command Center — wire up dashboard widgets: inventory value, inventory cost, expected profit, available cash (dynamic), active/inactive listings, money trap, inventory aging, profit/revenue trends, monthly revenue, average days to sell
Inventory — connect photo gallery (per-car storage, main photo selection, upload/capture), AI-recommended sale price with evaluation history
Connect and structure the legacy and new-UI versions into one working app
Verify FB scraper, messenger lead system, and AI voice entry all function end-to-end post-connection

Acceptance criteria:
Command Center widgets display live, accurate data pulled from inventory records
Photo gallery functional per car (upload, capture, main photo select)
AI price recommendation returns and logs evaluation history
FB scraper, messenger, and voice entry confirmed working in the unified app (no regressions from legacy version)
App runs cleanly as one structured codebase, no leftover duplicate/conflicting logic between old and new UI

Budget: $10-30 fixed

Timeline: 2-3 days

Note: Codebase is already built — this is integration/connection work, not new development. Developer should review the provided codebase access before bidding to confirm the 2-3 day estimate is realistic on their end.
