- Employee Salary Calculation: The system should efficiently calculate salaries based on various parameters such as hours worked, overtime, deductions, etc.
The system should also include an online portal for employees to:
- Log Attendance: Employees should be able to mark their attendance through this portal.
- Access Personal and Payroll Information: The portal needs to allow employees to view salary statements, request time off, and update personal information.
Ideal skills for this job include expertise in payroll systems, software development, and experience with designing user-friendly online portals. Understanding of data security, to safeguard sensitive employee information, is critical. Experience in integrating biometric systems into an online portal, though not necessary, would be a plus.
