Build a Professional Admin Panel with API Management, Documentation, and User Handling Features
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer (preferably with expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB) to build a complete Admin Panel for API management and user handling.
The panel should include the following functionalities:
Dashboard:
Top-right New Request Button showing pending API requests count (circular design).
Dashboard Cards:
Total Users
Pending Users
Active APIs
Approved IPs
Pending IPs
Below the cards:
Approved Users Table (showing all approved users)
Extra fields: Status (Demo API, Production API) and Remaining Time.
New API Requests Page:
Table listing new API requests:
Fields: Username, Email, Phone Number (with country flag), APIs Requested (count in box), Date & Time (with icons), Actions (profile view button).
Entries Dropdown: Show 10, 50, 100 entries.
Live Search Bar: Instantly filter the table data while typing.
Admin Header Section:
User Profile Icon dropdown:
My Profile
My Documents
Our APIs
Logout
Add API Button:
Opens a Popup to add multiple APIs (API Name & Description).
Add Document Button:
Redirects to Add Document Page where:
Select API Category
Select specific API
Write documentation using a Rich Text Editor
Save the document.
API Documentation Handling:
Admin can assign APIs to users.
When assigned, users will automatically see the API along with its documentation.
Users can view API documents via a Document Icon next to the API name.
Requirements:
Good UI/UX skills to make the Admin Panel professional and clean.
Responsive design (Mobile and Desktop friendly).
Good English communication skills to understand documentation writing part.
Backend (Node.js preferred) and Frontend (React.js preferred).
MongoDB or any NoSQL database experience.
Ability to deliver fast and clean code.
Experience in popup modals, dropdowns, and table filtering features.
Timeline:
Need to complete the project within 5–17 days maximum.
