Complete development of a Webapp project

I have a webapp (checkref.co) which I need to be completed. The project is about 75% completed. Some features need to completed, some of UI changes/updates and bugs fixed. Detailed requirements can be found on the notion link below;

Please note:
The timeline to complete and deliver the project is a maximum of 4 weeks.
Failure to meet this timeline will result in penalties of 25% of the agreed fee for every week delay.
Fee will only be paid after successful delivery of the project. I will not consider milestone payments.
