Complete Mobile App Development with Firebase, Backend, Admin Panel and Deployment

I am looking to hire an experienced freelancer (or agency) to build a complete mobile app project from scratch. This will include Firebase setup, backend development, admin control panel, Android app UI & functionality, and end-to-end deployment.

### ✅ Project Scope

1️⃣ **Firebase Setup**
- Setup Firebase project with Authentication, Firestore or Realtime Database, Storage.
- Share credentials and prove connection.

2️⃣ **Backend Development**
- Develop backend API (Node.js/Express preferred) integrated with Firebase.
- Secure routes, handle authentication tokens, etc.
- Provide Postman collection for API testing.

3️⃣ **Admin Panel UI**
- Design a responsive web-based admin panel UI (React JS).
- Get approval on design before moving to functionality.

4️⃣ **Android App UI**
- Develop Android app UI screens (React Native).
- Get approval on UI before integration.

5️⃣ **Admin Panel Functionality**
- Implement full functionality (login, CRUD, data management).
- Integrated with backend.

6️⃣ **Android App Integration**
- Integrate app with backend APIs.
- Ensure seamless data flow and perform unit testing.

7️⃣ **Full Testing & Deployment**
- Perform end-to-end testing on all modules.
- Deploy backend & admin panel on my server.
- Handover complete source code and brief documentation.

Additional Requirements
- Clean, maintainable code.
- Proper comments and short documentation.
- Frequent updates and demos at each stage.
- Communication via platform chat (no external payments).
- Use GitHub (or similar) for version control.
