Colorado Scoreboard Integration for Streaming a swim meet

Job ID: 38281692

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I'm looking for an individual who can help me implement a node.js application I found on github. The program was written some years ago by a swim dad and hasn't been supported since. The application captures the serial output from the Colorado timing system during a swim event, and convert to html.

I have the hardware and the means to make the adapters and such as explain in the git hub post, but am out of my element with implementing this. Ideally we can customize the HTML output some, also not my strong suit.

Key tasks:

- Understanding and familiarizing yourself with the existing code base: https://github.com/fabriziobertocci/coloradoScoreboard
- Implementing and integrating the program into our existing system

Ideal skills:

- Proficiency in node.js
- Experience working with real-time data
- Background in sports or event streaming would be a definite plus.

Your objective here is to work with our video production team to provide real-time swim event data integration into our live broadcasting system. We anticipate regular collaboration and an open line of communication to ensure a successful implementation.
