Coding problem for Address Parser from text file

I am currently working as Full Stack Developer and new to Node js. I am trying to solve one coding question in which I am struggling and unable to get output. I have tried solving the question with two methods (regex and functional approach) but having trouble getting an output. In this I have to read data from text files and create an object array.
