Chatting feature on a Social networking website

Hello,
I have a project based on Social networking and need a chatting feature on the same.
The front end designs are ready and developed. Only the backend work is required.
The module should be on Node JS Socket programming. The website is built on Code Igniter Framework (PHP).
Following features have already been implemented:
1) One-to-one chat
2) Delete message for everyone
3) Reaction to a message
4) Clear chat
5) Emoticons
We need to have the following basic chat features :
1) Group chat
2) Reply to a message
3) Message notification
4) Search conversation
5) Send attachments
It is a long term ongoing project and if the work is good we would go ahead with other modules as well.
Please drop a proposal if the requirements can be met.
