ChatGPT As service -- 2

have this website www.chatgp.se have a chatbox inside it for chatgpt , the bot not acting like the original chat.openai.com , it not answer all question's and different language's i want someone good in fine tuning to add all openai engines and its temperature and other setting to be everything with best token considering cost effective as well , can you help in this ?
also i have an whatsapp bot linked with my chatgpt api , it the same not smart enough
so i need to adjust the 3 working node js apps, fine tuning to make it like chat.openai.com
After chating with chatgpt it provide attached code not sure if this will help to replace my current settings!
