Changing from Node.js API to ASP.NET Core Web API

I have a pre-designed project whose backend is wholly written in Node.js API and I want to redesign it with ASP.NET Core Web API without any further functionality.
The view of the admin area is designed with Strapi CMS and others are designed with Next.js.
