Changes in Ethereum Trading bot using Ethers.js library

I have a fully functional Node.js Ethereum Trading bot but need to implement a few small changes :
1) Currently the process of creating new raw txs and signing them after copying the gwei from the trigger tx is adding around 15ms delay before the buy tx is sent and I wish to fix that. as the bot reaction time should be faster
2) Need to add a mode that will send multiple txs concurrently using the same websocket connection with the tx prebuilt and signed previously to save time .
3) Want to change the bot spam mode to use only prebuilt signed txs instead of generating a new one each time a spam tx gets sent .
4) Want to implement the usage of chi gas token through the solidity contract that interacts with the bot

Requirements :
You may be required to do part of the work remotely as this will help explaining and demonstrating some of the issues faster , hence speeding up part of the process .
- Knowledge about how to send Ethereum txs the fastest way possible
- Previous experience with trading bots and preferably with snipe bots as well
- Very strong knowledge and experience of node.js
- Experience using ethers node.js library
- Experience with tx building / nonces / tx signing
- Solidity skills
