Celebrity shoutout plaform

A celebrity shoutout platform is a website dedicated to user to personalize videos with their favorite celebrity.

The purpose of this platform is simple:
- The platform will have a list of celebrities subscribed to the platform (Influencers, Footballers, Actors....etc)
- The users can request a celebrity to make a video of 30-60 second to say something (Birthday, Congratulations, Wedding...etc)
- The user needs to place an order (For him or to send to someone as a gift)
- The order request should have (Sender email, Receiver email, Type of celebration, message to the celebrity to say)


The process is simple:
- A user place an order (Pay upfront)
- Our team will contact the celebrity to make the video - Within 7 days
- If video is not sent within 7 days, the team will refund the user
- If the video is ready, it will be sent to the user via EMAIL (To him or his friend)

The platform should be web based using Node.js + React or similar lightweight Javascript language.
