We need a web app with frontend in React.js and backend in Node.js and database is mongo DB.
The web app is a candidate management system where the job requirements will be posted and different recruiting agents posts the resumes for the open role. All the resumes will be stored in DB and there will be duplicate checks and relavant resumes only will be stored. The web app should also have the candidate tracking systems where the status of submitted candidate profile is tracked.
